A "living" Jesus re-enacts the events of the Upper Room as two readers and seven "living" disciples interpret his actions. Peter, Andrew, James, John, Philip, Thomas and Judas talk with Jesus as the Master washes their feet. Following each washing, each disciple tells his inner thoughts to the audience. The narrative of the readers, together with dialogs and monologs of the disciples, gives a living perspective to the Eucharist event. |
